The service

GIF Den provides browser-based media conversion tools. Processing happens on your device; we provide the software, you provide the files and the computer.

Your content

You keep all rights to files you convert — we never receive them. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to convert and use the content you process. Don't use the tools to infringe copyright or violate the law.

Free tier

The free tier is genuinely free: no watermark, no signup, output up to 720px wide and 30 seconds per clip. We may adjust free-tier limits, but GIFs you've already created are yours forever — they're files on your device.

Pro

Pro is a one-time purchase sold via Gumroad (merchant of record), unlocking batch conversion, presets, and unlimited output dimensions/length on devices where you activate your license key. Keys are personal: sharing them publicly may result in deactivation. Refunds: within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked — email us or request via Gumroad.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make conversion reliable, but we are not liable for lost files, corrupted output, or any damages arising from use of the service. Always keep your originals.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, misrepresent its origin, or resell it as your own. That's it — there's no server to abuse anyway.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
